New Zealand General Service Medal 2002 (Korea)
The New Zealand General Service Medal 2002 (Korea) is awarded to New Zealand personnel who have served a minimum of 30 days with the United Nations Command Military Armistice Commission or the United Nations Honour Guard Company in Korea since 1 January 2001.
The New Zealand General Service Medal 2002 (NZGSM 2002) was established to recognise the service of New Zealand Defence Force and civilian personnel in operations since 1 January 2000. Specific campaign service is denoted by different ribbon designs. The NZGSM 2002 (Korea) ribbon has a central stripe of red with narrow stripes of yellow and broad stripes of light blue on either side.
